Introduction to Blogging
Greetings, TRS Sophomores! You are about to begin a blogging adventure. For your first assignment, you are requested to post a well-constructed paragraph to introduce yourself to the class. You may include a description of your personality, discuss some of your interests, your goals, your friends and family, or anything you consider to be important. Heyy My name is Emily. I am fifteen years young, and I have a decent life. I love south so much, I have many great friends(MEL!), and experiences here. I play Basketball, and Softball. At home I have two cats, Leo and Graycie. I also have a dog, whose full name is Rocky Mountain. I love horses, and soda. They're great! Anyways I love spending time with my friends, and family; Beating up my eleven year old brother. Other then doing nothing I practice basketball all of the time. Hello. My name is Ashley. My favorite colors are lime green and purple. I have a brother that lives with me, with his girlfriend. I have a pretty big room. I would love to go to college and gradute with a Crimial Justice Degree. I have awesome friends, but I have really bad trust issues. I like singing, writing, bowling, chocolate. I always have to have my coffee in the morning, or my day will not go correctly. I have a Gay Straight Book Club at the library. My mom and my brother mean a lot to me. Other than that, I'm a pretty cool person.
Howdy! My name is Holly. I am a varsity gymnast, and a varsity cheerleader also. My best friend Aimee and I have been best friends since kindergarten, so we are close. My boyfriend Chris is basically my life. My favorite colors are orange and teal. I want to be a chef when i grow up. I have two dogs, Comet and Nitro. Nitro has three legs! I enjoy listening to country music, and alternative music also. My favorite band is The Summer Obsission, and my favorite singer is Taylor Swift. I'm excited for this years English class!
Hey! My name is Katie. I'm just like every other teenager out there. I spend unimaginable hours riding my bicycle, which I named Taco, and reading. Theatre Arts has to be the only reason I get up for school. Well, other then Geometry. I'm part of a plauge that seems to be taking over the world these days. Confused? I'll make it simple. I'm a Jonas Brothers fan. That's right! Jealous? I think so. There isn't much to say about me, I'm usually doing my own thing. I like standing out. Why be like everyone else?
Danielle. One name, one extremely unique girl. I'm a sophmore at TRS and I have two older sisters. My one sister graduated from TRS three years ago and my other sister is a junior at TRS. My dad is captain of his fire house and an EMT. My mom dispatches ambulances at the same company my dad works out for his EMT job. I have one cat named Summer. Summer is a gray and white calico. I'm on the TRS band front and been on the squad for two years. My best friend is Scott. Scott is one of the most important people in my life. He has always been with me through everything. My favorite colors are purple and silver. I basically live with the marching band in football season so TRS is like my home.

I love anything relative to Science, and hope to one day travel to the moon! Honestly, I realy couldn't live without mint chocolate chip ice cream. I'm defintely not the girl who will sit in the corner, and be a boring, old nobody. I'll say it right now: standing out is awesome ! I've been playing softball since first grade, and I've stuck with it since. If it didn't get drawn out of the Summer Olympics in 2012, I would of loved to go and participate. Hey Ms. Morrison! My name is Jesse, I am fifteen years old, and I love school! Some of my hobbies are excercising, shopping, and taking care of my myspace and facebook pages. I love animals and nature, and a new pair of shoes! I live with my mom, dad, my dog Casey, and my brother who is away at college. I enjoy helping my mom around the house with cooking and cleaning. Hey hey heyyy, I'm Lauren. I've been inhaling oxygen for fifteen years, and I've been a vegetarian for over one year. I love photoshopping, I guess you can say I'm a tad bit of a nerd with computers considering my dad works on one for a living. My dog is my life, I love her to death. English class is fun with my Engligh crew: Kelsi, Cassie and PSK! I love makeup and whitening my teeth. I like the ocean even though i hate swimming in it. I like sharks and piranhas more than the average person should.

Hey, My name is Angie. My actual name is Angela but I hate that so I prefer to be called Angie, or Ange, by some. Swimming is my favorite thing ever; it is also my life. I swim for South and I love my swimming girlies, they are the best. I couldn't ask for more encouraging and inspiring friends. My events are the 100 Fly and 200 IM. 100 Fly is my main event though, in which I am trying to qualify for Shore Conference in and get my Varsity letter. That is the most important thing right now. I could go on about swimming FOREVER, so I will move on now! I also manage girls Cross Country for South and I LOVE it! My cross country ladies are so amazing and I love them all. We are going to Disney on Wednesday, October 8th, (that's only 6 days away from right now!) I can't wait! I have never been to Disney before and I am rooming with my favorite runners= the seniors. I am the closest to them. For my other favorite thing in the world, WICKED! I am just so in love with the entire aspect of that show it's ridiculous. I haven't actually seen it yet, but I AM GOING ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15TH!!! IT'S GOING TO BE THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! (It will be "One Wonderful One Short Day in the New York City") Defying Gravity is my favorite song, and Elphaba is my favorite character. I admire Idina Menzel so much. Speaking of those who I admire, BACK UP BACK TO SWIMMING FOR JUST A SECOND! I have five words to say about this: MICHAEL.PHELPS.OH.MY.GOSH. I absolutely LOVE him! He is my idol and I look up to/respect him so much. The way he swims is absolutely unbelievable. Sorry I just had to add that little tidbit because he's so important to me too. Now if anything is important to me, it is most definitely my friends. I, without a doubt, have the most amazing friends in the world. Words can't even describe how I feel about them and the things they do for me. What I also love is that I have all different groups of friends who do very different things for me, but all hold an equally important place in my heart. I have my swimming girlies, my cross country ladies, my chorus buddies, and just my amazing friends in general. Each friend in each group plays a very important, specific part in my life. Without even a single one of them, I wouldn't be who I am today. I can't even begin to describe just one of them because I'd probably run out of character space in this post (if I haven't done so already!) There is so much about me and so much depth to my life, that I couldn't possibly touch on every aspect, let alone list everything. I probably forgot so many important details that I needed to share and will realize this in like five minutes and have to post another! Nah, I probably won't do that... maybe. Good evening, and a small introduction of myself is coming to you very shortly. With much joy, I was born not more than sixteen years ago and will be turning the glorious driving age of seventeen in a few short months. Nothing makes me more happy than when I am playing my drums, playing lacrosse, and sleeping. I have two sisters, a mother, a father, and my two wonderful dogs, Blue Dog and Red dog. They bark to much! I enjoy thinking about what happens after you die probably to much. Hello, my name is Diane and I am a sophomore at TRS. I really enjoyed my freshman year at TRS. My entire family has attended or will attend South, from my grandmother(class of 1964) to my brother (class of 2020)to my youngest cousin (class of 2025). My family is really important to me. I don't know what I would do without them, sometimes. My extended family is large and loud, and most live within 3 miles of my house. Also, my family and I are really involved at church. I love my youth group, and we are like one big family; we all go to different schools and belong to completely different "cliques" but still get along great and support each other through life's ups and downs. In addition to youth group, I'm involved in Marching Band and softball. Marching Band is life controlling; it pretty much consumes all of my time,but it's a lot of fun. I also play softball for South; I have been playing since I was six. I love the game and I love to catch. My love of sports has inspired my future goals. After I graduate from South, I would like to go to college in Boston, preferally Boston University to pursue Ph.D in Physical Therapy. Currently, I am enrolled in ASR (Authentic Scientific Research), where I plan on studying the emotional effects of using the Wii in physical therapy. So that's me!
Hi there my name is Kelsi. Most of my time is spent laughing, eating,or running. I love to spend time with my bestfriends. I go to the beach way to much, and I love watermelon jolly ranchers. I play lacrosse, and I used to play soccer. I have separation anxiety with just about everything. Yellow is my all-time favorite color. I sing all the time, but I never know any of the words. I don't know what I want to be when I grow up, because I don't want to grow up. I keep things simple and happy, and I live without any worries. I'm not good at explaining myself in words. Hopefully this is a fun year in English!
Hey, my name is Arielle. I play JV field hockey for the school. I love to run, so I'm definately considering track. In my spare time, I love to shop or hang out with my friends. My favorite foods are ice cream and fruit, but not together. Movies are great. My favorite is "Crybaby". I also love "Gossip Girl". I have no clue what I want to do with my life, and I'm not worried about it. All I know is one day, I want to travel the world.
Hey everybody! I'm Anna and I am an only child. I have a two-year old maltipoo (Tigger), my favorite color is yellow (orange and peach are great too), and I am an OPTIMIST! You know, glass half-full and all that. I perform in the shows here at South (I'm a thespian), and I am a Key Club member as well. I am an extremely hard-worker, and I am always willing to lend a helping hand. I am a perfectionist in that I always do my best. Some people describe me as "Miss Perfect" or say that I expect perfection, but neither is true. There is no such thing as perfect. A lot of people tell me I should be a teacher because of my enthusiasm while helping people with schoolwork. I guess that's a possible career, but I am also interested in musical theater or vocal performance. Spanish is another possibility, or maybe psychology. You probably have just figured out that making decisions is not my forte. Oh, and I recently learned how to relax on occasion...it's a new and wonderful experience for me. Hey! My name is Nicole. I'm fifteen years old and a sophomore at South. I'm a thespian and acting has become one of my passions. I'm shy and outgoing at the same time. Even if I'm not very good at something, I sill keep working at it to improve. I have a good life mostly because of the people that are in it. My friends and family mean the world to me. I live with my Mom, Dad, and dog, Daisy. I'm an only child. My favorite color of all time is blue. When I laugh too much, I get hiccups. I recently have found that optimism goes a long way. I'm not entirely sure what I want to do when I'm older, but that's okay, there's still time to think about that.
Hello. My name is Anthony. I'm fifteen years old and I love to play sports. I play football, basketball, and baseball for our school. I have a lot of friends at south, and I currently have a girlfriend that I have been dating for about nine months.I have two older brothers and one older sister. They already graduated from south, and they are all currently in college. I also have a mom and a dad. My grandma just recently moved into our household. My dog's name is Baily and she is not even one yet. That's a lot of people in one tiny house but we make it work. That's about all you need to know about me, so far. I'm looking forward to the rest of my exciting English year with you!
Heyy there, it's Carina. I am fifteen years young and I am one of the shorter sophomores here at TRS. I am the only child in my house but I do have a four year old half-sister who lives with my dad. My favorite colors would probably have to be blue, purple, and green. I am on the JV Volleyball team at South and I am going to be managing the boys lacrosse team for the second year in the spring. The one thing my life mainly revolves around is music. I have been singing for as long as I can remember, and just throughout the past year I had let everyone hear it. I am definitely planning on pursuing a career in the music industry as soon as I can. I am in the chorus at TRS and I take lessons at the Music Academy downtown, and I have just joined one of the bands put together there. I am very excited to be apart of their group and to be able to perform with them. My best friend in the whole entire world is Jessica, who I have known since kindergarten through girl scouts (it all started in daisy's). I have a lot of other extremely close friends who I definitely can't live without because they all mean so much to me. I love all holidays for different reasons but my favorite would have to be Christmas. I love the summer, going to the beach, having BBQ/pool parties with my friends, and making memories. Hey! My name is Rich! I'm fifteen years old, but I still act like im eleven. My friends are my everything. My family bothers me alot of the time, so I would rather be outside away from my house. I have two cats and a dog, my cat's names are Reese and Rocky, and my dog's name is Ranger. I love to sleep, it's one of my most favorite things to do. Hey! My name is Zizi. I am fifteen years old and am a sophmore at TRS. I love my life and everyone in it. Family is the most important thing to me. I can go to my parents for anything. My two younger sisters and my older brother are always there for me too. I love my friends! We have so much fun with our little inside jokes and we love to hang out and have wholesome fun together. No one is ever left behind on a Friday night and there's always something to do. School is great. GO SOUTH! I love my classes and my teachers are pretty cool. We have so much spirit that you can never have a frown on upon entering the school. After school, I head straight to volleyball, one of my favorite things to do. I also play basketball in the winter. When I'm not playing a sport, you can catch me at the mall or on my bed, reading a book. I'm really easy to get along with. In fact, it takes a lot for someone to do something to make me not like them. I love to watch my favorite movie, The Day After Tomorrow, while chowing down on some pizza and popcorn. I'm not your average teen girl and like to go crazy at times, but I know the limits. I also just met most of my family this summer on my vacation in Egypt. It was tons of fun meeting everyone. Hello Mrs. Morrison, my name is Nick and im 15 years old. I live with my Mom, and Dad, and my three brothers. Although my brothers, and I fight a little too much we still get along most of the time. I love hanging out with my friends, playing sports, watching sports, and playing guitar. I played baseball last year for south , and we won the OC Championship, which was awesome. I basically cant live without my ipod because I love music so much. My favorite bands are Blink 182, and Angels & Airwaves, I also enjoy listening to all classic rock. My favorite subjects in school are math, and history, but English is alright too. I think that I am smart, and my friends think that I'm pretty funny.

Hi, my name is Alison and i'm 15 years young. I've got four cats, Littlefoot, Ducky, Louis, and Spunky. I go by lots of names, but to lots of people i'm just Alison. I like playing on the computer, and meeting new people. I'll be just about anybody's friend unless they give me reason not to be. I suppose being as quiet as I am in class, a lot of people don't take the time to get to know me, but i'm not so bad. I'm friendly, trustworthy, loyal, and positively adorkable. Well hello there!!! My name is Scott and I'm very happy to meet you. I'm fifteen years old and won't hit the big one-six for another year (August to be precise). I play football and wrestle but my real skill is in taekwondo. It's been in my life since age eight and I cant't imagine what I would do if I wasn't owning the taekwondo ring. My family knows it all, my sister Cassie, my brother Jason, and my mom. I have two cats, Chief and Gabby, but I try to forget about them. I think that's all you need to know.....for now.
Hey Mrs Morrison, my name is Dylan. My parent are divorced and I live with both of them pretty equally, which is not rele a big deal because they only live about a mile apart. I love doing sports and just being outside and my whole life is basically centered around sports. I play soccer year round for TRSA and for South. I play defense and i absolutely love it. I also sail which is my favorite thing to do. In the summer I sail in a program on the river and during the school year I sail for South and in and in other winter series with my friends. In the summer i sail lasers which is a thirteen foot single handed boat. For the high school we sail collegiate 420's which are double handed boats with 2 sails. This spring i really hope the South team can make nationals because of how close we were last year. Outside of sailing and soccer i love just hanging out with my friends and having fun. In the summer me and my friends wake board a lot. I love doing anything involved with the water, I am always out in my boat doing something. My ultimate goal is to go to college at either Suny-Maritime or Kingspoint and sail. I want to major in engineering especially maritime.
My name is Brittany, and I am fifteen years old. I like to ride my bike and watch movies, but not the stupid kinds like sequals, remakes, spoofs, or anything that begins or ends with the word star. I think i'm a good person but who knows? I have a best friend named Erin. I have an older sister named Courtney and a younger brother named Chad. I don't read much at all unless Teen Vogue counts. I have no preference to music, I like it all, besides country music. In my opinion i have no idea why someone suddenly decided that there aren't enough melancholy folk ballads accompanied by acoustic or electric guitar, banjo, violin, or harmonica all sung in harmony in the world. I don't believe in politics but somebody's got to run the country. I get my permit in two months and fourteen days. Someday, I want to be a doctor, but for now, i fine not having a job.
